Your First Visit to Monadnock Dental Associates
What to Expect
At Monadnock Dental Associates, we strive to put our patients at ease, and we do everything possible to help you sit back and relax.
When you visit us, you can expect warm and inviting surroundings. We also listen to your concerns and explain the treatments we recommend, so you can make an informed decision about your care.
Our entire team are dedicated to helping our patients enhance their health, confidence and appearance.
We pride ourselves on our progressive approach to dentistry. We’re among the first dental health professionals to study new therapies and treatments and put them into practice when they best serve the needs of our patients.
But we never lose sight of the values that our practice was founded on by David L. Knight, D.M.D. more than 30 years ago. Principles such as loyalty, integrity, respect and excellence, are the core of how we conduct our business.
Our Practice Policies
You can always count on Monadnock Dental Associates to provide the highest quality of dental care. Our professional team is fully committed to optimizing your health and wellbeing, but we count on your cooperation to ensure ideal results. Your commitment to completing treatment, keeping appointments and fulfilling financial obligations is essential.
We expect all patients to:
Commit to Complete Treatment – Incomplete treatment can lead to problems, complications and misunderstandings, as well as loss of teeth and further disease. Therefore, if a plan is agreed upon and started, it needs to be completed.
Commit to Appointments – We reserve time for each patient in our practice and rarely do we keep our patients waiting. We are here to serve you at an agreed upon time and trust that you will make every effort to keep your appointment. We do not allow repeated cancellations or frequent short-notice changes.
Commit to Financial Agreements – The benefits of treatment and liabilities of neglect are always explained in the written Review of Findings we complete for you. All fees will be thoroughly explained before the start of treatment. In return, we expect patients to fulfill their financial obligations to our office promptly and completely.
Our office is currently accepting new patients. Please call our office at 603-532-8720 to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment at our office, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please call us with 24 hour notice to reschedule.

A Word About Dental Insurance
We work 100% for you, not for your insurance company. We refuse to compromise our standards by offering anything less than the complete care you deserve.
Most dental insurances do not cover a major portion of expenses for restorative procedures. On average, you can expect your insurance to cover 30% – 50% of the total fee for comprehensive dental services.
As the cost of providing high quality care has risen, insurance reimbursement rates have remained relatively flat. Therefore, there is often an out-of-pocket cost for most dental services.
We do not diagnose, render treatment or set up fees based on any insurance allowances or tables. Our fees are determined on the care, judgment and skill of our doctors delivering the service.
